This health offer is distinct from that of currently active memory clinics. The ultimate aim of dBHS is to extend healthy life, free from cognitive impairment. Here, we (i) discuss the pertinent opportunities and challenges for those persons who want to benefit from dBHS, professionals, and wider society, (ii) describe the concepts, protocols, organizational features, and patient journeys of some currently active dBHS in Europe, and (iii) argue in favor of the business case for dBHS in Europe. 000278093 536__ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF4-353$$a353 - Clinical and Health Care Research (POF4-353)$$cPOF4-353$$fPOF IV$$x0 000278093 588__ $$aDataset connected to CrossRef, PubMed, , Journals: pub.dzne.de 000278093 650_7 $$2Other$$aBrain health services (dBHS) 000278093 650_7 $$2Other$$aDementia 000278093 650_7 $$2Other$$aPreventive healthcare 000278093 650_7 $$2Other$$aPublic health 000278093 650_7 $$2Other$$aSecondary prevention 000278093 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aHumans 000278093 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aDementia: prevention & control 000278093 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aCognitive Dysfunction: prevention & control 000278093 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aSecondary Prevention: methods 000278093 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aEurope 000278093 7001_ $$aRibaldi, Federica$$b1 000278093 7001_ $$aAllali, Gilles$$b2 000278093 7001_ $$aBieth, Théophile$$b3 000278093 7001_ $$aBrioschi Guevara, Andrea$$b4 000278093 7001_ $$aCappa, Stefano$$b5 000278093 7001_ $$aCipolotti, Lisa$$b6 000278093 7001_ $$aFrederiksen, Kristian Steen$$b7 000278093 7001_ $$aGeorges, Jean$$b8 000278093 7001_ $$0P:(DE-2719)2000032$$aJessen, Frank$$b9$$udzne 000278093 7001_ $$aKoch, Giacomo$$b10 000278093 7001_ $$aMasters, Hugh$$b11 000278093 7001_ $$aMendes, Augusto J$$b12 000278093 7001_ $$aFrölich, Lutz$$b13 000278093 7001_ $$aGaribotto, Valentina$$b14 000278093 7001_ $$aGrau-Rivera, Oriol$$b15 000278093 7001_ $$aPozzi, Federico E$$b16 000278093 7001_ $$aReliga, Dorota$$b17 000278093 7001_ $$aRostamzadeh, Ayda$$b18 000278093 7001_ $$aShallcross, Lenny$$b19 000278093 7001_ $$aShenkin, Susan D$$b20 000278093 7001_ $$avan der Flier, Wiesje M$$b21 000278093 7001_ $$aVernooij, Meike W$$b22 000278093 7001_ $$aVisser, Leonie N C$$b23 000278093 7001_ $$aCummings, Jeffrey L$$b24 000278093 7001_ $$aScheltens, Philip$$b25 000278093 7001_ $$aDubois, Bruno$$b26 000278093 7001_ $$aMoro, Elena$$b27 000278093 7001_ $$aBassetti, Claudio L A$$b28 000278093 7001_ $$aKivipelto, Miia$$b29 000278093 773__ $$0PERI:(DE-600)2782183-3$$a10.1016/j.tjpad.2025.100098$$gVol. 12, no. 5, p. 100098 -$$n5$$p100098$$tThe journal of prevention of Alzheimer's disease$$v12$$x2274-5807$$y2025 000278093 8564_ $$uhttps://pub.dzne.de/record/278093/files/DZNE-2025-00579.pdf$$yOpenAccess 000278093 8564_ $$uhttps://pub.dzne.de/record/278093/files/DZNE-2025-00579.pdf?subformat=pdfa$$xpdfa$$yOpenAccess 000278093 909CO $$ooai:pub.dzne.de:278093$$pdnbdelivery$$pdriver$$pVDB$$popen_access$$popenaire 000278093 9101_ $$0I:(DE-588)1065079516$$6P:(DE-2719)2000032$$aDeutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen$$b9$$kDZNE 000278093 9131_ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF4-353$$1G:(DE-HGF)POF4-350$$2G:(DE-HGF)POF4-300$$3G:(DE-HGF)POF4$$4G:(DE-HGF)POF$$aDE-HGF$$bGesundheit$$lNeurodegenerative Diseases$$vClinical and Health Care Research$$x0 000278093 9141_ $$y2025 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0200$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bSCOPUS$$d2024-12-05 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0300$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bMedline$$d2024-12-05 000278093 915__ $$0LIC:(DE-HGF)CCBY4$$2HGFVOC$$aCreative Commons Attribution CC BY 4.0 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0100$$2StatID$$aJCR$$bJPAD-J PREV ALZHEIM : 2022$$d2024-12-05 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0113$$2StatID$$aWoS$$bScience Citation Index Expanded$$d2024-12-05 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)3002$$2StatID$$aDEAL Springer$$d2024-12-05$$wger 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0150$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bWeb of Science Core Collection$$d2024-12-05 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0510$$2StatID$$aOpenAccess 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)9905$$2StatID$$aIF >= 5$$bJPAD-J PREV ALZHEIM : 2022$$d2024-12-05 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0160$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bEssential Science Indicators$$d2024-12-05 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)1110$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bCurrent Contents - Clinical Medicine$$d2024-12-05 000278093 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0199$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bClarivate Analytics Master Journal List$$d2024-12-05 000278093 9201_ $$0I:(DE-2719)1011102$$kAG Jessen$$lClinical Alzheimer’s Disease Research$$x0 000278093 980__ $$ajournal 000278093 980__ $$aVDB 000278093 980__ $$aUNRESTRICTED 000278093 980__ $$aI:(DE-2719)1011102 000278093 9801_ $$aFullTexts
