Using Sendai virus vectors, ten hiPSC lines from patients who had undergone chemotherapy and did or did not develop CIPN and PCCI were generated. Each line was characterized to confirm markers of the undifferentiated state, differentiation potential, genomic integrity, identity verification and reprogramming vector removal. These lines serve as a valuable resource to create two disease models for 1) CIPN (hiPSC lines from five patients with CIPN vs. five without CIPN) and 2) PCCI (hiPSC lines from four patients with PCCI vs. five without PCCI). 000277541 536__ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF4-353$$a353 - Clinical and Health Care Research (POF4-353)$$cPOF4-353$$fPOF IV$$x0 000277541 588__ $$aDataset connected to CrossRef, PubMed, , Journals: pub.dzne.de 000277541 650_7 $$2NLM Chemicals$$aAntineoplastic Agents 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aHumans 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aInduced Pluripotent Stem Cells 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aPeripheral Nervous System Diseases: chemically induced 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aPeripheral Nervous System Diseases: pathology 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aPeripheral Nervous System Diseases: therapy 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aCognitive Dysfunction: chemically induced 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aMale 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aFemale 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aCell Line 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aMiddle Aged 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aCell Differentiation 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aAntineoplastic Agents: adverse effects 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aAged 000277541 650_2 $$2MeSH$$aAdult 000277541 7001_ $$aVallone, Valeria Fernandez$$b1 000277541 7001_ $$aDordevic, Adam$$b2 000277541 7001_ $$aKern, Johannes$$b3 000277541 7001_ $$aStachelscheid, Harald$$b4 000277541 7001_ $$0P:(DE-2719)2811033$$aEndres, Matthias$$b5$$udzne 000277541 7001_ $$aBoehmerle, Wolfgang$$b6 000277541 7001_ $$aHuehnchen, Petra$$b7 000277541 7001_ $$aSchinke, Christian$$b8 000277541 773__ $$0PERI:(DE-600)2393143-7$$a10.1016/j.scr.2025.103674$$gVol. 84, p. 103674 -$$p103674 -$$tStem cell research$$v84$$x1873-5061$$y2025 000277541 8564_ $$uhttps://pub.dzne.de/record/277541/files/DZNE-2025-00432%20SUP.docx 000277541 8564_ $$uhttps://pub.dzne.de/record/277541/files/DZNE-2025-00432.pdf$$yOpenAccess 000277541 8564_ $$uhttps://pub.dzne.de/record/277541/files/DZNE-2025-00432%20SUP.doc 000277541 8564_ $$uhttps://pub.dzne.de/record/277541/files/DZNE-2025-00432%20SUP.odt 000277541 8564_ $$uhttps://pub.dzne.de/record/277541/files/DZNE-2025-00432%20SUP.pdf 000277541 8564_ $$uhttps://pub.dzne.de/record/277541/files/DZNE-2025-00432.pdf?subformat=pdfa$$xpdfa$$yOpenAccess 000277541 909CO $$ooai:pub.dzne.de:277541$$pdnbdelivery$$pdriver$$pVDB$$popen_access$$popenaire 000277541 9101_ $$0I:(DE-588)1065079516$$6P:(DE-2719)2811033$$aDeutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen$$b5$$kDZNE 000277541 9131_ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF4-353$$1G:(DE-HGF)POF4-350$$2G:(DE-HGF)POF4-300$$3G:(DE-HGF)POF4$$4G:(DE-HGF)POF$$aDE-HGF$$bGesundheit$$lNeurodegenerative Diseases$$vClinical and Health Care Research$$x0 000277541 9141_ $$y2025 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0200$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bSCOPUS$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0160$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bEssential Science Indicators$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)1050$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bBIOSIS Previews$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)1190$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bBiological Abstracts$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0LIC:(DE-HGF)CCBY4$$2HGFVOC$$aCreative Commons Attribution CC BY 4.0 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0100$$2StatID$$aJCR$$bSTEM CELL RES : 2022$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0501$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bDOAJ Seal$$d2023-05-02T08:49:13Z 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0500$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bDOAJ$$d2023-05-02T08:49:13Z 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0113$$2StatID$$aWoS$$bScience Citation Index Expanded$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0700$$2StatID$$aFees$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0150$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bWeb of Science Core Collection$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)9900$$2StatID$$aIF < 5$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0510$$2StatID$$aOpenAccess 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0030$$2StatID$$aPeer Review$$bDOAJ : Peer review$$d2023-05-02T08:49:13Z 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0561$$2StatID$$aArticle Processing Charges$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0300$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bMedline$$d2025-01-07 000277541 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0199$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bClarivate Analytics Master Journal List$$d2025-01-07 000277541 9201_ $$0I:(DE-2719)1811005$$kAG Endres$$lInterdisciplinary Dementia Research$$x0 000277541 980__ $$ajournal 000277541 980__ $$aVDB 000277541 980__ $$aUNRESTRICTED 000277541 980__ $$aI:(DE-2719)1811005 000277541 9801_ $$aFullTexts
