Abstract: Inhibitory interneuron diversity is a central feature of cortical circuits. The IN-CODE consortium seeks to combine large-scale recordings of interneuron types with machine-learning tools to identify the role of their physiological features, connectivity motifs, and cooperativity in cognitive functions.
