Abstract: These are the vessel pattern atlases generated in 'Assessing arterial patterns in the motor cortex with 7 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging and vessel distance mapping.' The atlases are provided in the MNI152 NLIN 2009b space (at 0.5 mm isotropic resolution) as vessel labels and represent the majority votes per voxel (details in manuscript). They are provided for left and right hemisphere, respectively. Additional, a file with the label values and respective artery names is provided in txt-format.
