Abstract: Brains of a transgenic Parkinson's Disease Mouse Model were used to investigate proteomics using LC-MS/MS. The Model has the human alpha-synuclein expression under the Control of CamkIIa promotor and a DOX system, making the expression inducible. Data includes aging, long expression, short expression, no expression as conditions
