Abstract: This dataset comprises single-nucleus transcriptomic (RNA-seq) data from nuclei purified from the post-mortem human primary motor cortex (M1) from patients with ALS-FTD, after sorting for TDP-43 nuclear signal (NeuN+, TDP-43 low vs. high).
