Abstract: This dataset contains epigenome-wide association study (EWAS) meta-analysis summary statistics for hippocampal imaging traits from six population-based cohorts (n = 8,156 participants). Traits included:- left hippocampal volume (LHCV)- right hippocampal volume (RHCV)- hippocampal asymmetry (HCasy)- sex-stratified HCasy analysesThe repository also includes generic scripts used to perform cohort-level EWAS analyses.
